Phantom Blade Zero has 564 collectibles and 30 side Tales, by PowerPyx's count of Oct 29, 2026, and three kinds raise Soul's stats for good: Memory Flowers for health, Blackstones for attack and guard break, and Sha-Chi Ambers for Sha-Chi. Four shards make a whole Blackstone or Amber, worth a 10% boost, and a Memory Flower takes 2 to 6 fragments.

What each one does

Spend them at a bell, on the Skills screen (Game8). Each kind also pays for its own branch of skills. Banyan's Hearts give no stats; they buy special skills, and the human-faced trees reached through the Heart of the Banyan quest are where to find them.

The achievements ask for fewer than the full set: 10 Memory Flowers, 10 Blackstones, 10 Sha-Chi Ambers and 30 accessories (Trophies and Achievements). 6.3% of Steam players had the Memory Flower one on Oct 31, 2026, and 0.3% each of the other two.
